By accessing or using Full Picture Budgeting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Full Picture Budgeting provides web-based software for film budgeting and financial packaging. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

We claim no intellectual property rights over the raw financial data, budgets, or materials you provide or input into the service. Your budgets remain yours. We own all rights, title, and interest in the Full Picture Budgeting software, including its design, code, and calculation models.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

All billing is handled securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By selecting a paid tier, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Full Picture Budgeting is provided "as is" and "as available." In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any budgets generated.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
